Do your students with disabilities have questions like, where am I going to live after high school? Can I afford to live on my own? How am I going to get around town? What will I do for a job? Do I need help handling my money? Can I make my own healthy meals? What can I do for fun?
Whether students with disabilities are graduating after four years of high school or continuing through age 21, the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Central Wisconsin can provide information and assistance for life beyond high school. These services are for students with disabilities starting at age 17 years and 6 months, and their parents and guardians. ADRC-CW resource specialists can discuss long-term care options, future plans into adult programs and services available after high school, as needed.
