In an announcement that first seems shocking, then on the other hand makes sense, a new study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has found that people with disabilities, mostly senior citizens, are 50 percent more likely to smoke than those with no disabilities. Thirty percent of the disabled are smokers, compared to 20 percent of other adults.

My Comment/Question: I want to know if Trustees of Special Needs Trusts purchase smokes/ pipe/ cigars for their beneficiaries. I do and I am feeling VERY GUILTY about it. I would like to hear how you handle saying no to this.
